Users of the service give their consent to the use of their personal data when installing the Smoke Free Armenia application.
Smoke Free Armenia app only collect and process the personal data submitted by the users in the course of installation and use of the Smoke Free Armenia app.
A user’s disclosure of the geographical location data is a precondition for using the Smoke Free Armenia service.

1. The personal data we collect and process?
- E-mail address.
- Geographical location service is used in the Smoke Free Armenia application when the user wants to report a smoking violation in a certain location.
- The user can do photo the violation and send it to our system, which is saved and not provide to any 3-rd party.
- The system saves the coordinates of the location submitted by the user and the user's email address.
2. Why the personal data is collected
- We want the email address so we can attach violations sent by the user to him
- Geographical location service is used in the Smoke Free Armenia application when the user wants to report a smoking violation in a certain location.
- The personal data collected via the Smoke Free Armenia app will not be used for identification of persons or their locations, nor for the purpose of behavioral marketing.
3. Personal data collection method
- During the process of Smoke Free Armenia app instalation the data on the e-mail addresses of Smoke Free Armenia users is collected.
- Only the data on the geographic location is collected if the Smoke Free Armenia app has been activated;
- The collection of geographic location data stops after the Smoke Free Armenia app is closed in the user’s device.
4. Personal data disclosure to third parties
- The feedback on the quality of the service is anonymous and service providers do not receive information on the names and telephone numbers of the persons who provided feedback;
- We will not disclose the personal data or geographic locations of Smoke Free Armenia users to any third parties or public authorities, except if the person requesting data has a legal basis for doing so pursuant to the legislation of the country of location.
5. Security and deletion of data
- Any personal data collected in the course of providing the Smoke Free Armenia service is stored in the data centers. Only authorized employees of NIH CJSC have access to the personal data and they may access the data only for the purpose of resolving issues associated with the use of the Smoke Free Armenia service;
- If a Smoke Free Armenia user would like to delete the personal data collected via the app, he can do so by submitting a written request to our customer support via info@nih.am or by Visiting https://smokefree.wagon.am/hy/delete-personal-account website and filling his email address. While deleting the account the whole information and history of the user will be deleted.
6. Privacy Policy Changes
- This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. These updates, will take effect from the date of issue. Please check back regularly for the latest updates.
